In 1965, in the circle of Egon Eiermann, a dismountable variant of the original frame was created in the locksmith shop of the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. An interpretation of the original Eiermann table that does not come from Egon Eiermann himself, but was initiated by one of his assistants. Unlike the original table frame, the cross sits at right angles between the side parts and the table top is firmly screwed to the frame. A height adjustment is not necessary with this Eiermann table. Design details deviate from the sophistication of the original. As a conference or dining table, however, this frame variant offers the same legroom on both sides. The dining table is available in a stainless steel version with a weatherproof solid wood top for use on the balcony or terrace. Have a good meal.
